Twinkles and Lights

As Christmas approaches, enjoying the array of holiday lights is a fun part of our family Christmas experience. From well-lit trees, cascading lit banisters to garden grandeur, all enhance enjoyment in the holiday season. Lighting is one of our favorite ways to create ambiance in a room. Whether we seek to create a well-lit workspace or a warm cozy space for special moments, all have potential to set a room for the right music, moment or activity.

Have you ever heard the phrase “God is in the details?” Well, He is! As we celebrate the Joyous birth of Christ this season, we share a desire to express care for the details . As we open our homes and hearts with loved ones this season, our prayer is for  Joy to be in every detail of your days!

GID RED ARCH  “ It is the harmony of the diverse parts, their symmetry, their happy balance, in all that introduces order, all that gives unity, that permits us to see clearly and to comprehend at once both the ensemble and the details.” Henri Poincare

Life happens in the details, don’t miss it!

Ornaments and Treasures

eleganceThe holiday season is filled with the aroma of fresh baked pies and the smell of evergreen while Christmas wrapping and memories of tinsel are reflected in the twinkle of lights. Dazzled by the sparkle of ornaments, we cherish our memories and heritage  as irreplaceable precious treasures. Tree ornaments become a signature of our cherished memories. Write us and share your favorite ornament story!

Jan B angelAngels we have heard on high! Tree toppers are a tradition in our home as a sign of completion. People from around the globe adorn their Christmas tree tops with ornamental angels. The angel is rooted in our culture as a symbol of protection. As we reflect on the story of Christmas, the angel named Gabriel made his first appearance to alert the virgin Mary of the coming birth of Christ. Later Gabriel the angel visited Joseph in a dream to prepare the way for Christ the king. Today this idea lives on in our hearts as we enjoy the presence of angels in our Christmas tradition..

elegant evergreen decorThe evergreen’s symbolism of life is the perfect way to express timeless elegance. The foliage reflects everlasting life, while the shape of a tree reminds us we are born from above. The needles of the evergreen are a representation of the piercing through that Jesus took for our transgressions. Finally, the lights are a constant reminder that through Christ, we are the light of the world, selah.  As we move through our holidays may your days be filled with special moments and treasures to  fill your home with love.

From our heart to yours…
